They also gave them an insight about the benefits of being registered as an SME or MSME. Thereafter a psychometric assessment of the students was carried out to understand the leadership qualities in them and the results shred with them. The purpose of this effort was to mitigate the risk associated with entrepreneurship seeded in the minds of the youngsters and to encourage them to take up entrepreneurship which will eliminate poverty for their family as well as create job opportunities for others and thus fight poverty in the immediate society.

The way forward: Catching them young and seeding the thought of creating their own business venture in order to bring their family out of poverty was the reason behind this initiative. The students were exposed to the benefits offered by the government schemes for MSME which will help them reach out these services in future.
